Certificates to be Enclosed with the Application

Candidates applying for admission to the B.Ed. program at Sri K. Ramachandra Naidu College of Education must submit the following original certificates along with their filled-in application form (online/offline) to the college office. The list of required documents is as follows:

10th Mark Sheet

The original mark sheet from the candidate's 10th standard (or equivalent) must be submitted for verification.

12th Mark Sheet

The original mark sheet from the candidate's 12th standard (or equivalent) is required for academic records.

Undergraduate (UG) Mark Sheets

Candidates must submit their UG Consolidated or Semester-wise Mark Sheets, as issued by the university.

UG Provisional/Convocation Certificate

A copy of the UG Provisional or Convocation Certificate is required to confirm the completion of the undergraduate degree.

Transfer Certificate (TC)

Candidates should provide the Transfer Certificate (TC) from the Principal of the last institution they attended. This ensures the student’s official transfer to Sri K. Ramachandra Naidu College of Education.

Community Certificate

Candidates should enclose a valid Community Certificate to avail of reservation benefits as per government norms (if applicable).

Postgraduate (PG) Certificates

If applicable, candidates who have completed a Postgraduate (PG) degree should submit the PG Degree/Provisional Certificate along with the PG Mark Statement(s)

Aadhar Card Photocopy

A photocopy of the Aadhar card is required as proof of identity.

Recent Passport Size Photographs

Candidates must provide four recent passport-size photographs. Please ensure the candidate's name is mentioned on the backside of each photograph for identification.

Photocopies of Certificates

In addition to the original certificates (Items 1-8), candidates must enclose three photocopies of each certificate for documentation purposes.

All the required certificates must be submitted with the filled-in application form to complete the admission process. Candidates are advised to carefully check the list and ensure that all documents are attached to avoid delays in processing.
